Bondyk V. Transformation of property relations in the bankruptcy procedure: law aspects

The Thesis is devoted to investigate the problems of legal regulation of transformation relations of property in the procedure of bankruptcy. An attempt has been done to find the most advanced form of the transfer of assets of a bankrupt for the other owners (creditors), which would exclude abuse, would update the relations of production, develop it gradually and rapidly, would create conditions for the preservation of state property, the continuity of administrative actions and the integrity of property complexes of enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the protection of public interests in the bankruptcy procedure, the solution of regional problems of insolvent enterprises.
