The dissertation is devoted to the scientific analysis of defence of the Civil Rights of human in Ukraine in the frame of Council of Europe, on the basis of international law and national legislation of Ukraine, definition of the basic problems in this sphere and perspectives of the development of defence of the Civil Rights of human in Ukraine in the frame of Council of Europe. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, normative acts, created bills, case study, legal practice, the complex scientific characteristic of defence of the Civil Rights of human in Ukraine in the frame of Council of Europe, is given.
