Essay

This thesis deals with solving the task of decreasing the frequency of anomalies in labour activity, developing prognostication and treatment-and-prevention algorithm of action for women with connective tissue dysplasia as determined by the state associated with the risk of obstetrical pathology. The retrospective clinical and epidemiological population research was carried out, which allowed for determining the prevalence of the undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia among the women in gestational period at various levels of urbanization of Kharkiv region (city-district-village), determining relative risks of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia caused by social, demographic and medical factors, as well as correlation between the undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia and pathology of pregnancy and labour activity.
