In thesis the precise theory which is based on the method of expansion the unknown functions in the series of Legendre polynomials is spread on the investigation of thermoelastic state of transverse-isotropic plates at the concentrated heat influences. On the base of this theory the N order approximation of heat conductivity equation for anisotropic (transverse-isotropic and orthotropic) plates is obtained. The thermoelastic equations of {m,n}-approximation for transverse-isotropic plates are presented. From them the particular cases of {1,0}- and {1,2}-approximation equations follow. The fundamental solutions of the N order approximation of heat conductivity equations for arbitrary N and thermoelastic equations of {1,0}- and {1,2}-approximation equations are constructed in the case of arbitrary heat exchange. The fundamental solution of thermoelastic bend equations on the precise S.P. Tymoshenko theory is also obtained in the case of symmetric heat exchange. The main behaviour features of temperature and thermoelastic state components in dependence on heat and thermomechanical parameters are revealed.
