Dissertation work covers to increase of efficiency of passive radio systems due to synthesis spatially-coherent three-sites TDOA-AOA passive radio system with short baselines and arbitrary allocation of receiving sites by new solutions of system of nonlinear equations and development new methods of reducing on three orders measurement error of differential time of arrival to receiving sites in conditions of influencing undesired signal caused by mirror reflection from earth (sea) surface at small angle of elevation.
