Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the comparative analysis of process of self-realization in analytical psychology of C.G. Jung and in the studies of Zen Buddhism. There are analyzed main definitions which are used for description of specific process of human conscious transformation. There are viewed main reasons of popularity of Buddhism in Western world. In fact adaptation of eastern spiritual practices has its positive results which where realized not only in analytical psychology but also in transpersonal psychology.
