Zhovtenko T. Information assurance of the state policy on confronting international terrorism on the example of the USA.

The thesis deals with the problems of information assurance in the national security state policy, the analysis of the main visions of the "international terrorism" and terrorist threat categories as a factor of national and international security. It is focused on the features of information assurance planning and implementation of the political actions, undertaken by state bodies to confront the threat, produced by international terrorism. Subjected to such analysis were also an essence, features and forms of information assurance of the U.S. state policy in confronting the terrorism, the actions of the U.S. government aimed at information assurance of the state policy towards combating the international terrorism during the Afghan (2001-2002) and Iraqi (2003) military campaigns considering the influence of the Network-Centric Warfare.
