An object is the processes of forming of the control system of agrarian enterprises marketing activity; a research purpose is development of scientifically-methodical bases and applied recommendations to forming and functioning of the control system of agrarian enterprises marketing activity; methods are systems approach; abstractly-logical; statistically-economic, in particular his receptions - dynamic rows, comparison, graphic; monographic; methods of individual and group expert estimations; novelty - the system of organization of management by the mutual relations of agrarian enterprises is offered with clients through introduction of the computer program of motion of the prepared products and calculations with users, that will allow operatively to react upon request of buyers and make grounded administrative decisions; it is improved - organizational structure of management of agrarian enterprises marketing activity at the regional level on the basis of optimization of co-operation of services and structural subdivisions of enterprises, avoidance of duplication of functions, complex use of marketing instruments of market research; informative agromarketing system on the basis of complex approach, that foresees the scope of all subjects of agrarian market and development of unique programmatic facilities and organizational approaches to collection, treatment and analysis of information, that will be instrumental in conducting of scalene full marketing researches and providing by reliable marketing information of commodity producers for acceptance of rational operative and strategic administrative decisions; results - theoretical and applied positions are grounded from the management of agrarian enterprises marketing activity, expedience and prospects of development of marketing cooperative stores in practice of domestic agricultural; industry is the management of agrarian enterprises marketing activity.
