Object of research - a social management. A research objective - a subsequent development of theoretical positions that development of methodical recommendations in relation to forming of the system of social management of enterprise. Research methods are methods of analysis and synthesis, approach of the systems and structurally logic analysis, design, processing and functional approach, expert estimations, processing and functional approaches, analogies, comparisons and integrations. Theoretical and practical results and novelty - the concept of social management is considered from position of analysis of the systems, that enabled to develop of principle approaches to forming of the system of social management of enterprise; a case social processes and relations frame і s developed on an enterprise, the elements of the system of social management of enterprise are utilized in the construction of which; certainly concept 'system of social management of enterprise" with the use of approaches of the systems and functional; certainly concept of "management social processes and relations on an enterprise"; maintenance of the special functions of elements of the system of social management of enterprise is specified; the sequence of evaluation of the state of elements of the system of social management of enterprise is improved by forming of complexes of works.
