Tahirov A. Informational support to state bodies functioning

Here's been defined the notion of informational support state bodies functioning as a complex of organizational & technological, structural & functioning informational systems of the society and the state, participating in decision-making process for the key goals of the state policies. Author's substantiated, that the state PR-activity should be utilized both for establishment and support of real partner relations and co-operation with the society, providing necessary information about activities of the state bodies, and to manipulate society's opinion. The types of informational behavior of the state have been outlined in the research, their peculiarities have been explained for establishment and support of contacts with partners and opposing parties. E-government's been defined not only as organizational and technological construction of the system of state management, based on utilizing modern informational and computer technologies, and informational communicational infrastructure, primarily of the post-industrial philosophy of state management. As a result of implementation into activity of state bodies & the system of state management of modern informative and tele-communicative technologies based on the ideology of "e-government", providing to the state bodies a new operational channel for direct contact with the citizens, being subordinated exceptionally to the state, and denying the necessity of the mass-media organizations, spreading information, that had come from the system of state bodies to the population.
