Aslanov S. Political and legal principles of Ukrainian state ethnopolitics.

The author makes a complex research of political and legal principles of Ukrainian state ethnopolitics, its model's evolution, main features, conformability to contemporary challenges of ethnic relations area. The organizational structure and law base of state ethnopolitics are analyzed. The reasons of its development delay with the examples of the rejected projects of Concept of state ethnopolitics are examined. Main features of state ethnopolitics realization are studied. With the language policy the excessive politization of ethnonational problems is demonstrated. The Ukrainian model of state ethnopolitics is defined as politically polarizated, fragmented, with no vector of etnonational and ethnopolitical development, but democratic. The ways of its optimization are proposed.
