Peliega I. The state control mechanism of software market in Ukraine

The object of research - the processes of government information technology market in Ukraine. Research objective - to develop and improve methodological approaches to the formation of governance mechanisms in the software market in order to enhance the functioning of the market of information technologies in the Ukrainian economy. Research Methods - a systems approach and systems analysis, methods of statistical analysis, the method of comparative analysis, expert assessments. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results represent the organizational and methodological basis for the mechanisms of state management of the software market with a view to creating favorable conditions for its development. Scientific novelty of the results is that methodical approaches to the formation of governance mechanisms in the software market in Ukraine, based on the principles proposed by the segmentation software market counterparties were grounded and developed; the regularities of the influence of macroeconomic factors on endogenous processes in each of the segments of the software market were found. The legal system for protecting software market, combining rules of copyright and patent law was improved; mechanism of state management software market, which includes directions for the implementation of state standards of Ukraine in the development and quality control software by adapting to global standards, direction and specification of the essence of certification of software was proposed; methodological approaches to the analysis of the effectiveness of public market management software were developed; The further development has received the concept of growth of the software market by creating government programs promoting the development of the industry.
