Lebid N. Composition of stress episod in patients with functional disorders of heart rhythm

The selected integrated model of structure of stressing episode includes the following cognitive - highly emotional constituents: cognitive charts of personality, emotions, mechanisms of psychological defence, coping. Mentioned elements are set in adaptative circle according to bioregulative processes and adaptative patterns from the less to the most developed. Research results of the structure of stressing episode among the patients with functional violation of cardiac rhythm show assimilation processes prevalence over the accommodation ones and confirm personality maturity insufficiency of above mentioned patients' category. Patients with functional violations of cardiac rhythm interpret stressing situations on the basis of components of stressing episode as meaningful and emotionally saturated. Research results allow to assert that a psychoemotional stress isn't the factor of functional violations of cardiac rhythm.
