Essay

Object of research - urticaria, allergic contact dermatitis, lambliasis. Research objective - to raise efficiency of treatment sick of some forms of urticaria and dermatoses of allergic genesis against lambliasis on the basis of studying of clinico-pathogenetic features of their current, improvement of diagnostics accompanying parasitosis and includings in complex therapy of antiparasitic preparation ornidazole. Research methods: standard clinical and laboratory; parasitologic; immunoenzymatic; biochemical; immunologic, polarised fluorescence; statistical. The burden influence of the lambliasis on the clinic findings and negative impact into cell immunity of patients with those dermatoses was confirmed. Express-method of diagnosis of lambliasis by scrapping of mucous membrane of the tongue was elaborated. Complex therapy of the patient with those dermatoses associated with lambliasis by application of ornidazole on principles of chronotherapy, provided clinical recovery of 88,6 % patient, against 18,9 % - without such therapy (p<0,001). Results of work are introduced in practice of work of the Ternopol regional clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary, local hospital of station Ternopol the Lvov railway, infection department of regional hospital Chernovtsy, and also in educational process of departments of infectious diseases with epidemiology, skin and venereal diseases; medical biology, microbiology, virology and immunology of I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University; microbiology, virology and immunology of Kharkov national medical university; infectious diseases and epidemiology of the Sumy state university.
