In the dissertation we analyze the centers of the political influence on the European continent on the example of the activities of the “green” parties in Germany, Austria and European Green Party. Special attention as dedicated to the theoretical questions of the category “political influence”, its definition, subjects and sources, differences between political influence and political power; the author developed his definition of the category “center of the political influence” and specified the classical models of the group interests.
