Personnel Management of the Agricultural Enterprises.The subject of Research: the process of personnel management of agricultural enterprises in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The aim of Research: the scientific basing of the propositions concerning the theoretic and methodological and applied aspects of the personnel management of agricultural enterprises. Methods of Research: generalization, systematization, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction, analogy, summerising, comparison, detalization, relative quantity, rows of dynamics, grouping, correlative analysis, experts evaluation, sociological interrogatory, monographic, systemic, graphic. Theoretical and Practical Results: the scientific results are formed in the thesis; the gained conclusions and recommendation may be used for the solving the tasks of ruse of effectiveness for the decision of the tasks of increasing of efficiency of agricultural enterprises with the help of improvement personnel management. Scientific novelty: for the first time, is offered the methodic approach to the integral evaluation of the efficiency of personnel management of agricultural enterprises, the poinderability and comparative meaning of the results data the enterprise's activity and specific indexis of the personnel management is taken into account; the treatment of the conception "personnel management of agricultural enterprises" is improved; propositions concerning the personnel forming of agricultural enterprises with the help of mechanism are improved; the basis of systematization of the process of personnel management of agricultural enterprises is improved; the propositions concerning the classification of agricultural enterprises' personnel theoretical basis and an empiric confirmation of the influence of internal and external factors on the process of personnel management of agricultural enterprises have been received further development. The degree of application: the results of the investigation were instilled into the practical activity of Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administration, the Department of agroindustrial development of Galych district administration, Ivano-Frankivsk scientific and research centre of the productivity of APC; PA "Bovshivska", DE "Jamnytsa" Ltd "Ivano-Frankivskcement" and also in the educational process of Precarpathian National University named after V. Stephanyk. Efficiency: the results of the investigation will contribute to the improvement of personnel management of agricultural enterprises. Sphere, area of usage: industrial and economic activity of agricultural enterprises.
