Dissertation is devoted to the research of process of social adaptation of a person in the context of tendencies "to psychological force" and "to psychological neediness". The comparative analysis of categories of adaptation and disadaptation in the context of tendencies "to psychological force" and "to psychological neediness" is carried out. Research has allowed to ascertain influence of Oedipus dependance on formation of tendencies "to psychological force" and "to psychological neediness". As well as interrelation of the specified tendencies with the principle of reality and pleasure principle that testifies in longitude to growth of priority of reality principle. The latter meets the requirements of society and promotes adaptation of a person to public life.It is proved that the tendency "to psychological force" is the main mechanism of psychological protection in all of its versions and is connected with conditional values on which they lean in social-perceptive curvatures. The results of diagnostic correctional process on method of active socially-psychological training prove necessity of having their own psychocorrection by future practical psychologists for levelling of illusory ways of achievement of force and professional perfection.
