Object - renal function, hemostasis, fibrinolysis, its purpose - to develop a pathogenetic improvement of renal function and pre-vention of disorders of hemostasis and fibrinolysis in experimental polytrauma standardized through the application during the convalescence period apitonik; methods - experiental, functional, biochemical, statistical; results - identified pathogenetic relationship arising in polytrauma between changes in the regulation of blood aggregation, kidney function and endocrine disorders of tissue fibrinolysis in vital organs (brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys). The technique of standardized modeling of polytrauma in the experiment, whereby the first time tested way to increase the compensatory allowance fibrinolysis and prevention of renal dysfunction and hemostasis using apitonik; branch - medicine.7452
