Pasevych S. Course of acute renal failure in persistent exogenous hypobaric hypoxic conditions (experimental exami-nation)

Object – acute renal failure, exogenous hypoxia; purpose – to establish peculiarities of acute renal failure course in exogenous chronic hypobaric hypoxia conditions and to prove experimentaly mexidol’s and emoxipin’s application advisability for correction its condition; methods – pathophysiological, functional, biochemical, pharmacological, statistical; results – it has been established that chronic hypobaric hypoxia conditions considerably complicates state of organism in acute renal failure presence shifting rat’s blood plasma and kidneys prooxidant-antioxidant balance aside activation of macromolecules peroxidation with simultaneous antioxidant protection’s depression and change to the worse kidneys functional activities. Application of mexidol and emoxipin in acute renal failure and in its combination with chronic hypobaric hypoxia corrects rat’s blood plasma and kidneys prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, restores kidneys functional activities, that is a basis for broadening of possibilities of application of these preparations for the purpose of kidneys pathology correction, nephroprotective effects of mexidol revealed mostly in comparison to emoxipin; branch – medicine.74527452
