Rovynska K. Mechanism of public regulation of corporate management of banking system in Ukraine

State regulation of corporate governance in the banking system of Ukraine and the organizational and legal bases of its development. Develop methodology improve organizational and legal regulation of corporate governance in the banking system; identify ways to improve the mechanism of state regulation of corporate governance in banks of Ukraine on the basis of best international practice. Methods of study are: dialectic, systematic, historical analysis, legal and logical analysis, comparative analysis, statistical. On the basis of empirical and legal indicators of domestic experience of state regulation of the banking system detected the contradiction model of corporate governance in the banking sector (lack of effective management structures and monitoring with high liquidity while capital markets)It helps to determine, scientifically justified measures to implement the principles of good corporate governance for banking institutions of Ukraine in view of features of globalization of financial markets. Based on research specifics of state regulation of financial enterprises the structural and functional approach to the complex mechanism to stabilize the banking system on the principles of corporate governancebased upon the establishment of a clear link between high levels of corporate governance in banks and investment risks existing in the banking system of Ukraine. Results implemented in Odessa SEC territorial administration, the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odessa oblast, the State Committee for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, Odessa regional territorial offices of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
