Improving public forest management (based on the South Ukraine).Develop proposals for the formation of an effective system of forest management of the Southern region of Ukraine by establishing priorities in regional forest policy, improvement of law, enforcement of legislation; Improving public forest management (based on the South Ukraine). Prepare guidelines for public authorities on new approaches to community development initiatives, strengthening the role of interest groups and public participation in decision making in the field of restoration and protection of forests. Prove the main forest management goals and objectives in the draft concept of protection, rational use and reproduction of forest resources; Methodical approach and formulated the basic principles of the system of forest management, developed a draft Concept of Health, Methods of study are: the formal-logical, groupings, systematic and structural, analysis and synthesis. Developed guidelines for public authorities on new approaches to community development initiatives through the implementation of local plan conservation and restoration of protective forest plantations, rational use and reproduction of forest resources in the Southern region of Ukraine in the years 2010-2015 as part of the organizational and legal mechanism for forest management.
