Essay

The author carries out the monographic complex analysis of philosophical-legal and general-theoretical aspects of freedom of outlook and creed of the person. For the first time in domestic jurisprudence the universal maintenance and elements of freedom of outlook and creed as one of natural, inalienable laws of the person is found out. The system analysis of the legal mechanism of maintenance of this freedom in Ukraine is carried out. The comparative characteristic of the legal mechanism of maintenance of freedom of outlook and the creed fixed in the constitutional legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries is spent.
