Essay

This disertation examines constitutional and legal regulation of political parties that participate in the election process during the people's deputies of Ukraine. The paper analyzes the normative regulation of political parties status and the form of their participation in the election process, historical and international experience in this sphere. Origin and development of political parties in the Ukrainian lands are historically and legally analyzed; the dissertation also explores the role of political parties in the political system of society and the level of legal regulation of the status of political parties in Ukraine.
