Essay

The dissertation deals with some of the theoretical and practical issues related to the administrative law regulation to protect the consumers' rights in Ukraine. The research is focused on formation and development of the consumer legislation, importance of the consumers' rights in the system of human and citizen's rights and freedoms. Proceeding from the analysis of the international law regulation and foreign experience as to consumers' protection and the present state of its regulation in Ukraine including its characteristics some methods are developed to improve the administrative law regulation of consumers' rights protection.
