Sinickij P. Monitoring activity of State Department Guard affiliated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of monitoring activity of State Department Guard affiliated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In the work it is studied the essence and contents of monitoring activity of State Department Guard affiliated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which characterized with dualism. It is defined the concept and elements of legal status of State Department Guard affiliated to the MIA of Ukraine like the carrier of police functions and power. It is analyzed valid law in Ukraine, established the principles, the object of monitoring activity of State Department Guard affiliated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and characterized law forms of such activity.
