The purpose of work is development of methods of management a transport service of the system a "metallurgical factory - port" in the real mode of time. For this purpose it is executed: the analysis of influence of factors, which form efficiency of functioning of the logistic systems of transport knots, attendant the streams of metal; analysis and choice of methods of making decision at the logistics management of material streams in the system a "metallurgical factory - port"; the model of construction of structure organizationally - technological variant of overload of metal in ports is worked out; a model and method of choice of delivery routes, rational composition of ingredients organizationally - technological variant of overload of metal in ports, which provide effective advancement of streams of metal are worked out. Separate results and developments were drawn in Mariupol sea port at processing of metal and in the Priazovskiy state technical university.
