Dissertation is devoted to the problem of treatment of patients on hypertonic disease (HD) in combination with ischemic disease of heart (ІDH) by the antagonists of calcium. The results of inspection 164 patients of HD II - III degrees are presented. It is set that joining of ІDH worsens day's type (DT) BP affects to the greater expressed remodelling of heart, to the increase of frequency diasystol and systol disfunctions, to worsening quality of life (QL). Amlodipine, its (S-) enantiomer and lercanidipine AT reduce an office in an identical measure, however normalization of SP of AT, improvement of diasistol and sistol function of the left ventricle, diminishing of thickness of intim-medial layer, improvement the quality of life were more expressed under act of (S-) amlodipine and lercanidipine.
