Essay

For the first time the presence of age-specific characteristics of the chronorhythmologic organization of the excretory, ion-regulating and acid-regulating functions of the kidneys has been corroborated in intact pubertal rats. It has been established that the sodium-retaining system is activated the architectonics of chronorhythms change in the process of pulescence. In case of a prolonged entry into the organism of cadmium and plumbum salts desynchronosis of the integral characteristics of the chronorhythms of filtration-reabsorption processes arises, the mechanisms of the glomerulotubular balance and the tubuloglomerular feedback are disturbed and that is accompanied with a depression of the glomerular filtration rate, deranged sodium-hydrogen cotransport, losses of sodium ions, retention azotemia and marked proteinuria. An analysis of the characteristics of the circadian biorhythms of the indices of the functional state of the kidneys are indicative of lesser adaptive-compensatory possibilities of immature animals to ecologically harmful loading. The peculiarities of the antitoxic and nephroprotective action of "Polyphytol-1" and Thiotriozolinum in rats of diverse age under the conditions of metal toxicosis have been established.
