Dissertation is devoted a study and scientific ground of clinical features of after surgical period in patients with hyperplasia prostate depending on expressed of inflammation in the area of operation and changes of pro- and anti inflamer citokin on a background the offered treatment. Work is based on the results of inspection and treatment 348 patients.In first time was certain features changes of pro- and anti inflamer citokin at development of dizuria on a background the inflammatory process of urinary tracts in a after surgical period for patients with hyperplasia prostate, which consist in the rapid decline of activity of pro- and anti inflamer citokin for patients with the use of the offered treatment; it is set that the level of IL-6 and IL-8 in early after surgical period influences on development festering-inflammatory complications; the presence of direct cross-correlation connection is well-proven between expressed of inflammation in the area of operation and duration of dizuria. Appraised efektivnes treatment of inflammatory process in the area of prostate gland in before and post surgical period depending on the use of different groups of preparations.
