The dissertation is devoted research of the administrative-legal bases of activity of the main pipeline transport. The concept of the main pipelines is improved. Offers on improvement of a control system by activity of the main pipeline transport are proved. Ways of improvement of a legal status of the enterprises of the main pipeline transport, powers National Committee of regulation of energetics according to EU right are offered.
