Khokhlenko O. Administrative law bases of activity of local state administrations in the field of education

Dissertation is devoted research of problems of perfection of administrative law principles of activity of local state administrations in the field of education in Ukraine and on this basis to development of theoretical and practical recommendations of development of these principles. It is entered concept of the "administrative law providing of activity of local state administrations" and "normative model of activity of organs of executive power". Essence of category of "perfection of the administrative law providing of activity of local state administrations is formulated in the field of education". Concrete suggestions are borne in relation to determination and subsequent development of activity of managements (main administrations) of education and science of local state administrations. The concept of administrative legal relationship is improved in activity of local state administrations, and also directions of development of administrative law principles and law activity of local state administrations in the field of education.
