Essay

The results of research of age peculiarities of metabolic, membrane and immune violations in pathogenesis of liver affection of animals with adrenalin damage of myocardium are presented in the dissertation. It was established that the age significantly influences the degree of metabolic and morphological lesion of hepatocytes under the action of adrenaline cardiotoxic dose. As a result of adrenaline damage of myocardium the activation of free-radical lipids oxidation in liver and blood of animals under experiment was observed. Under the action of adrenaline in cardiotoxic dose the activity of marker enzymes of cytolysis increases considerably in the blood serum of grown-up and old rats. It is proved that adrenaline violation of myocardium is accompanied by essential changes in immune homeostasis of the organism. These violations are more frequently observed in old animals. It is shown that the aggravation of endogenous intoxication occurs under the action of adrenaline in cardiotoxic dose. The markers of endogenous toxic syndrome grew more intensively in the blood of old animals and during the first days of adrenaline myocardical dystrophy. More noticeable damaging effect of adrenaline in cardiotoxic dose on membrane structure of hepacytes of old animals was established for the first time by using histological, morphological and electronic-microscopic methods.
