Bernazjuk I. Constitutional and legal framework of the opposition in Ukraine

In this work a new theoretical synthesis of solving important scientific task is done which is scientific and theoretical justification of constitutional and legal regulation of opposition in Ukraine at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local representative bodies. Substantiated the concept that opposition controls the behavior of subjects of constitutional and legal relations, makes its critics, create the alternative development program state (a region) and create a positive experience of administrative work. Determined and theoretically grounded features, functions and types of opposition. International experience of opposition's regulation is studied.
