An object are public relations, which arise and develop within the process of advertising activity public administration ; purpose - extention of theoretical basis and substantiation of the ways of developement of advertising activity public administration in Ukraine; methods - philosophical dialectics, analysis, synthesis, etymological analysis, historical, system, functional, formally-dogmatic; a novelty - the necessity of the investigation of the public administration of the advertising activity based on the activity approach has been scientifically proved; the project of the Concept of the advertising activity development in Ukraine has been given; results - suggestions to the projects of laws of Ukraine are developed; it is inculcated in activity of organs of state administration, private enterprises, industry is state administration.
