In dissertations grounded methodical principles of professional preparation of future teachers of technologies are to use of microelectronic facilities in professional activity. The method of forming of experimental abilities of propaedeutical experimental abilities of student is improved, and theoretical bases of structure and action of microelectronic facilities are formulated, introduction of them is carried out in the process of educational experimentation of students. The variants of mainttnance of laboratory practical work are offered from physics, control-informative machiens. Basic results of reaserch are the preparations of teachers of technologies inculcated in a process and them postdegree education.
