Dissertation work is devoted to development and perfection of the methodological and vehicle providing of renewal of stereopsis for the decision of tasks of ophthalmology. Basic attention is spared to development of methods removing factors impedimental to the leadthrough of diagnostics and hampering renewal of stereopsis and to the increase of exactness of results of diagnosticating of oculomotor vehicle of visual analyzer. A method is developed of proceeding in the binocular functions of organ of sight by the supervision of general object of fixing, which is commuted by the red and green color of luminescence, at a дип-лоптическом division pour sights of eyes. Certainly, that, regardless of type of cross-eye, at this disease there are complications which can be examined as original sensory adaptation for a release from doubling at sight two eyes. The method of receipt of the second visualization is offered due to the sluggishness of visuognosis at the supervision of optotype through the sweepable him openings, executed in the opaque revolved disk. The method of the automated diagnostics of the state of oculomotor muscles, based on the use of the object-oriented informative model, is developed. This method allows on the basis of values of indexes of object and process of diagnostics to build the diagram of the state of muscles with high exactness. Application in composition the automated setting of new methods is removed by the pathological changes of functions of visual analyzer, allow to shorten expenses on proceeding in a stereopsis.
