Essay

The dissertation devotes to the complex research of communicative aspect of political propaganda. The theoretical basis of propaganda's phenomena is defined. The author's definition of political propaganda concept is suggested. Structural correlations of such notions as "information", "communication", "manipulation", "ideology" and propaganda are presented. Differentiation between such methods of communication arrangement as propaganda, PR, advertising is realized. Approaches to the time of propaganda's appearence are specified, stages of its establishment are divided into periods, evolution of its forms and instruments within historical process is described. Special attention is payed to the question of modern use of political propogada, its instruments, character, tendencies in whole world and particularly in Ukraine.
