In particular, differentiating of concepts and categories of budgetary law is carried out from decisions, legal constructions, terms. The specific signs of concepts and categories are open up. By research the also overcame questions about the place of concepts and categories of budgetary law in the system of concepts and categories of financial law, and also the contiguous fields of law - administrative and constitutional law.
