Dissertation is devoted the question authenticity increasing of medical laboratories test results on the basis the evaluation of uncertainty, coming from the type of measuring transformation function and influence of calibration function constituents turns out from standard test results. The evaluation of character and probability of erroneous decisions approach is offered, going from the location of nominal and real calibtation functions intersection in relation to the admittance interval. That allows to estimate authenticity of medical test results and to make a decision about taking correction. It is rotined at the mediated measurings when making decision it is necessary to evaluate the deposit of measuring error constituents in the uncertainty interval. It is suggested to carry out the evaluation of uncertainty with influence of the result of entrance sizes measuring bias without taking into account correlation. It model approach is developed to evaluate an uncertainty the mediated test results on the basis of the nested algorithm, that allows to formalize procedure of an evaluation test results uncertainty. Application of correction algorithms is analysed depending character and probability of erroneous decisions on influence of transformation function constituents and reference material error. It approach is offered, that allows to choose the effective algorithm of correction, going out from information about the calibration function constituents, reference material error and lengths of admittance interval.
