Terentyeva O. Mentality as a factor of development of becoming of the state system is in Ukraine

Object of research: processes of state building in Ukraine. The purpose: the justification of the theoretical foundations and development of regulations concerning the definition of the features of national mentality in the process of formation and development of the Ukrainian State. Methods: analysis and synthesis, simulation, abstraction and generalization, historical analysis. Results: an theoretical justification and elaboration of approaches to integrate and use the features of the Ukrainian mentality in the process of nation-building. Novelty: at a theoretical level-based approach to address the mental-value differences among the population of different regions of Ukraine. Introduced to the work of the Lugansk regional council and the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of public servants and officials of the local government.
