Dissertation for technical sciences degree, speciality 05.17.08 - processes and equipment in chemical technology - National technical university of Ukraine "Kyiv polytechnic institute", Kyiv, 2010. The work is devoted to the investigation of the process of extracting pectin from vegetable raw materials and the development of highly efficient hardware for realization of supersonic cavitations' technology. Physical model for dispersing- extracting of purposeful component from capillary- porous system is proposed. Regressive- correlation analysis of experimental data is carried out and technological parameters of the process are determined. The peculiarities of spreading the supersonic in the technological volume that stimulates low amplitude and high amplitude drive- irradiators are examined. Engineering methods for accounting the acoustic system on the basis of semi-wave complex piezo electric converter are offered. Principally new constructive approaches to the supersonic cavitations' extractors are presented.
