Object - the high-precision synchronisation of time scale of using tropospheric radio-channel. The purpose - decrease the errors related to conditions of tropospheric radio-channel. Methods - theoretic and experimental research, methods of statistic, imitation modeling. Results -contains theoretical reasoning of interrelation between time of propagation of radio-waves and signal level. It makes possible the following: to measure level of a signal and to define the time of its expected propagation. The rule which is found will make possible considering tropospheric component of the error at synchronization of time and frequency for semi-active and passive algorithms. It is introduced - into scientific and practical research work, Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronic. Sphere of application - high-precision synchronisation of time and frequency scale.
