Makoveyenko D. Development of methods of construction of networks of surface broadcast service

The object – planning processes in distributed terrestrial digital broadcasting service radio bands. The subject – the methods of efficiency of frequency resources in the frequency bands allocated to broadcasting service. The methods of investiga- tions: the theory of general systems, theory of the basic provisions of detection signals, radio propagation, methods of statistical simulation and evaluation of electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic facilities. Theoretical and practical results: the crite- rion of repetition of areas of excretions is offered for forming of regular-area network of digital Plan of Ukraine, on the basis of the use of reference networks, consisting of a few transmitters, the total level of field strength of which is determined the in all points probed area; the method of construction of networks of the terrestrial digital television broadcasting, based on the use of principle of the network gain in single synchronous networks, is offered; a criterion which links correlation of signal/noise ratio in a radio channel with the function of distributing of probability of percent of places of coverage is developed; the criterion of optimization of choice of parameters of the system of DVB-T is offered, that allows to get a compromise between the size of area of coverage and carrying capacity of radio channel; the method of optimization of the modes of reception taking into account co- herent addition of signals is improved from central and peripheral transmitters of single frequency synchronous network; got fur- ther development analytical model of determination of losses of distribution of radio waves in the conditions of urban building, got on the basis of the conducted experimental measuring. The got results of researches can be fixed in basis of further perfection of methods of planning of networks of the digital broadcasting of acceptance of technical decisions in the case of joint work of different radioservices and acceptance of compromise decisions which can be needed on the way of further decision of tasks of the effective use of radio frequency resource. The results are implemented in Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio and Concern of communication, broadcasting and television, that is con- firmed the proper acts of introduction.
