Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving risk stratification during early post-infarction angina based on the definition of morphology changes of coronary arteries, the activity of systemic inflammation, endothelial function, autonomic regulation of heart rate within one year of observation. According to the survey of 150 patients with myocardial infarction (MI) (72 patients with MI and early post-infarction angina (EPIA) and 78 - with MI without EPIA) it was found out that early post-infarction angina is associated with greater rate of recurrence of MI, repeat of myocardial infarction, death. Development of early post-infarction angina is accompanied by increasing of nonspecific inflammation by evaluation of leukocytes and the level of serum fibrinogen, platelet link of hemostasis by evaluation platelet factors 3 and 4, adheziveness of platelets,.
