Dissertation is devoted the decision of actual scientific task, which foresees the improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with the traumatic damages of spleen by the improvement of diagnostic methods, organ-saving operative interferences and perioperative prophylaxis of jatrogenic damages of organ. On the basis of study of morphological features of main blood stream of spleen the methods of organ-saving operative interferences are improved at the traumatic damages of spleen of III-V degrees and method of perioperative prophylaxis of spleen jatrogenic damages at operative interferences on the organs of abdominal cavity.
