Kirilyuk I. Land tenancy in the system of agrarian relation of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to economic-theoretical investigation of land tenancy in the system of agrarian relations of Ukraine, finding the essence and peculiarities of the institutional factors forming of the market rent of agricultural land. In this paper was determined the role of land tenancy in improving social-economic efficiency of agricultural production, which can be revealed by analyzing of five social functions, according to the level of their realization it is expedient to evaluate the perfection of relation in the system of land tenure. It was investigated the formation and development of lease relations during agrarian reform in the process of development of a new system of land tenure, defined prerequisites of realization of their potential as a factor of development agriculture in Ukraine. It was formed optimal features in the development of land tenancy institute, it was considered the problem of assessing the ability of rental business to facilitate the selection of optimal model and provide the movement of resources to the cells of the most effective their use within the agricultural branch. Developed the theoretical principles and conceptual approaches to improve state policy in the system of land relations, directed for assignation to small landowners (owners of land parts (share), land areas) a full feasibility of realization the economic potential of land as a productive resource.
