Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving of actual problem of modern gynecology – reducing the incidence of menstrual disorders in patients early and active reproductive age with pathological puberty (PP). Based on the study of risk factors for menstrual disorders in patients with PP, hormonal studies, status of breasts, cervix and bone tissue was developed and implemented complex scheme of prediction, prevention and treatment of menstrual disorders in patients early and active reproductive age with PP. Usage of developed scheme help to restore the menstrual cycle in 84,4 % patients early reproductive age and 85,9% – active reproductive age.
