Dissertation is devoted to the problem of efficiency increase of sanatorium-resort rehabilitation of children from the areas of anthropogenic contamination on the basis of study of their adaptation status and correction of the exposed violations. There were investigated the indexes of morbidity, physical development, the state of hormonal, immune and vegetative nervous systems of 225 children. The cross-correlation intercommunications are revealed between the depression of cellular link of immunity and the tense state of indexes of hormonal and vegetative adaptation. It is proved that the application of medicinal lavender and rose damascene aromatic extracts on the basis of chloride sodium baths of mineralization less than 10 gr/l extends the possibilities of traditional methods of balneotherapy, favour the renewal of normal regulatory intercommunications of immune-hormonal and vegetative-nervous links of adaptation. The analysis of remote results showed that complex application of aromatic extracts with chloride sodium baths favour the protracted preservation of positive changes from the side of humoral link of immunity, clinical-laboratory results.
