The thesis is devoted to the problem of expansion of X-ray spectral apparatus analytical abilities. The modified units of the apparatus and mechanisms were made, in particular, modified Bragg-Soller scheme which allows measuring chemical elements from В (No5) to U (No92). The selection criterion for crystals-analyzers material was derived. For the first time, the structure perfection and spectral characteristics of С60 fullerite epitaxial layers were studied. For precision measurements of Compton effect, the crystal-diffraction scheme with fluorescent anode was developed.
