The dissertation is devoted to investigation administrative-legal problems of law-enforcement bodies' cooperation with public organizations in counteraction of corruption. Conception and particularities of law-enforcement bodies' cooperation with public organizations in counteraction of corruption are determined in this research work. The system method of approach is applied for studying attributes and kinds of forms of cooperation law enforcement bodies and public organizations. The essence is disclosed and the system of principles of cooperation of the defined subjects of counteraction of corruption is offered depending on priority.
